That information is evaluated through the Whole Pet Wellness framework, supported by AI-assisted insight tools and guided by human expertise, to generate personalized recommendations, educational resources, and care considerations tailored to a pet’s unique needs.
The standalone Whole Pet Wellness platform gives pet parents the framework, insights, education, tools, and guidance to better understand and support their pet. Long Run VIP Pet Care concierge members also receive ongoing support from a dedicated, human Personal Pet Coach who can help interpret those insights, prioritize next steps, troubleshoot, and support implementation over time. The Veterinary Care Connection gives participating veterinary teams access to relevant wellness information and trends, helping connect what happens between visits with the pet’s veterinary care.
